What You'll do

program – Finance Track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we'll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It's fast paced and challenging, but we'll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities.

We Offer 2 Different Finance Track Options, Each With Their Own Exposure To Our Customer-focused Business Model As Well As Immersing You In The Fundamentals Of Hilti Finance, Alongside Strategic Project Assignments. Each Option Is Split Into Three Main Stages Of Work

FINANCE TRACK – OPTION 1

• 18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You'll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.
• 12 months in one of the following roles:

o FP&A Trainee. You'll be the finance business partner of Sales, driving profitability improvement, working closely with all other departments (HR, Pricing, Marketing) to set Sales for success.

• Credit Trainee. You'll manage credit processes and assess customer financial risk, working closely with Sales to optimize performance. You'll negotiate agreements, lead process improvements, and provide strategic insights to the management.
• Controlling Trainee. You'll manage our cost center budgets, review monthly balance sheets, run rolling forecasts, follow up on audits and implement new measures. You'll also be responsible for our contract database, renewing and renegotiating supplier agreements, while streamlining vendors and processes.

FINANCE TRACK – OPTION 2

• 12 months as Accounting Specialist. You'll collaborate on financial tasks with a focus on customer payments and accurate balance sheets. You'll monitor invoices and automatic payments, provide analysis and reporting, support internal divisions, and act as a key contact for auditors while driving ad-hoc financial projects.
• 6 months on a strategic project in Finance. This will give you an international perspective of our company.
• 12 months in one of the following roles:

o FP&A Trainee. You'll be the finance business partner of Sales, driving profitability improvement, working closely with all other departments (HR, Pricing, Marketing) to set Sales for success.

What You'll Bring

We'd Love To Hear From You If

• You hold a Master's Degree in Economics (Finance) or Management Engineering.
• You preferably have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment.
• You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
• You are internationally mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career.
• You hold a driving license from at least 1 year (for option 1).

After 30 months on the program and feedback on your journey, you will be ready for a team leader or specialist role within our Finance Department.
