Mission

As SAP S/4HANA Retail PM, you will join Bvlgari's IT Retail & Omnichannel Product Unit to lead key streams of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program for Bvlgari commercial companies (Retail, Distribution, Supply Chain and Finance). Acting as both Project Manager and functional expert, you will drive end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA and SAP CAR, ensuring robust, scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Beyond the transformation program, you will be a key reference point within the team for the SAP Retail and CAR landscape, overseeing its evolution, integration with retail satellites and continuous improvement across Bvlgari's commercial entities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Bvlgari commercial companies, including SAP CAR modules (POS DTA and OAA), warehouse goods movements, intercompany distribution flows and Finance integration.
• Govern the overall project plan for assigned streams (analysis, solution design, configuration and developments, testing, user acceptance, cut-over and go-live), ensuring quality, timing and budget objectives are met.
• Collect, challenge and govern business requirements for SAP Fashion/Retail and SAP CAR streams, acting as a reference point for central HQ (Rome) and local commercial companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, IT and local markets) to design integrated solutions for commercial companies, ensuring end-to-end process coverage.
• Manage retail satellite integration with SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA, for example POS integration with middleware (MuleSoft) and other retail/e-commerce systems.
• Oversee and optimize interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications, guaranteeing data consistency, reliability and performance across the commercial landscape.
• Manage relationships with external implementation partners and vendors, coordinating activities and deliverables related to SAP Fashion/Retail and SAP CAR.
• Oversee customizations, configurations and technical developments, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP technical and Bvlgari best practices.
• Proactively identify and validate appropriate technical solutions together with partners, challenging proposals when needed to secure sustainable, standard-oriented designs.
• Act as internal reference for SAP Fashion/Retail and SAP CAR within the Product Unit, supervising the evolution of the application landscape and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support key users and local teams in maximizing the benefits of implemented solutions, through guidance, knowledge transfer and coordination of training initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal "customers" at central and local level worldwide, ensuring clear communication, prioritization and follow-up on requirements and change requests.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP Fashion/Retail and CAR processes and data flows in the commercial perimeter.

Skills

• SAP Retail expertise across SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Fashion/Retail and SAP CAR (POS DTA, OAA), including POS integration and Finance integration.
• Preferred technical knowledge in the SAP ecosystem: SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, basic ABAP/debugging, authorization concepts and reporting/analytics.
• Proven ability to collect and challenge business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and solution designs, and manage complex SAP projects using IT Service Management and agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Strong project & stakeholder management, vendor management, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative, proactive and change-oriented mindset in multicultural, multi-location environments.

Competencies

• Solid understanding of end-to-end retail processes (in example; sales & store operations, intercompany distribution, pricing, stock management) and their Finance integration, with hands-on configuration and customization experience.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience working with SAP in Retail environments (SAP IS-Retail / S/4HANA Fashion & Retail) within commercial companies.
• Proven experience as lead / project manager on SAP implementation or roll-out projects, including responsibility for scope, planning and coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
