Job responsibilities

During this 6 month experience you will be an active part of the WW Store Operations Team. You will be involved in new strategic and cross-functional projects in addition to providing support on analytical and operational daily activities and on the ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in mapping the existing processes and procedures across Regions to identify areas of improvement, best practices and valuable initiatives for harmonization
  • Collect and analyze data to propose outcomes and insights to main stakeholders
  • Support the alignment of stakeholders to ensure a smooth progress of all initiatives
  • Collaborate with the WW Store Operations Team within the organization of all digital/face-to-face meetings on the agenda
  • Support the WW Store Operations Team on monitoring the execution in Store of the new projects and activities implemented
Profile
  • Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Genuine interest for the luxury world and for the retail environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – able to autonomously run analysis, understand correlations and recap them into effective presentations
  • Empathetic, enthusiast, active listener, team worker and open minded
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage inputs coming from different functions and stakeholders, always keeping a positive and collaborative approach
  • Excellent English, spoken and written, Italian and other languages are a plus

Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company.
