We are looking for talented and motivated tax attorneys for our Milan tax practice.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Make legal researches on tax law;
  • Proactively participate in drafting and reviewing memos, opinions, presentations and numerical models for clients;
  • Proactively assist in day-to-day clients' requests;
  • Provide advice to multinational companies on their domestic and international tax needs;
  • Liaise with foreign external consultants of our network;
  • Provide tax assistance on M&A transactions and cross-border business restructurings;
  • Attend meetings with client and keep minutes and other administrative tasks as may be required.

Requisites:

  • Master degree in economics or law, ideally with a major in tax;
  • Qualified Lawyer or chartered accountant (Dottore Commercialista);
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international tax, VAT and transfer pricing rules;
  • 4-6 years' of experience in the field of tax advisory to medium/large multinational groups;
  • Fluent in English (other spoken languages are a plus);
  • Be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
