Sr. Analyst - Finance & Investment

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the group financial strategy and the evaluation of business initiatives. The position involves analytical work, cross-functional collaboration, and contributions to investment assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive key steps of the investment and financing processes, from targeted due diligence to data analysis, valuation work, and materials preparation.
  • Build and elevate advanced financial models — including energy-management modelling for the group's assets — to assess opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Support corporate finance and capital structure initiatives through sharp internal valuations, financial reviews, and strategic analysis (with limited, non-core exposure to M&A).
  • Partner with project and development teams, delivering high-impact quantitative insights that shape strategic decisions.
  • Lead financial, competitive, and market assessments to strengthen investment cases and guide decision-making across project stages.
  • Craft clear, compelling presentations for management and investors, and actively contribute to investor management activities.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-exposure environment, working closely with the founders in a fast-moving and engaging organization.

Minimum requirements

  • Professional Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance-related roles such as corporate finance & valuation, project finance, M&A, investment, or consulting.

  • Exposure to transaction processes or due diligence activities

  • Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

  • Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling (e.g., cash flow modelling, scenario analysis)

  • Quantitative skills are considered a plus

  • Languages

  • Italian, English
