MEDIA & DIGITAL EXPERT
What will you do?
We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of
Media & Digital Expert
.
You will be included in the
Integrated Communication team
within the Marketing department, with the aim to support the development and execution of media strategies and digital engagement plans for all brands in the portfolio.
What will your tasks be?
- Support the definition and delivery of the end‑to‑end media strategy
- Manage and coordinate media agencies and key digital partners
- Contribute to the development of paid communication plans and digital engagement projects
- Support the evolution of the company's digital marketing strategy, including the use of 1st‑party data, retail media and new digital partnerships;
- Keep up to date with the media and digital landscape, sharing insights and opportunities with internal stakeholders
- Support the development and management of an integrated measurement framework, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Collaborate with Global Media and Global Marketing Services on campaign measurement, new technologies, best practices and in‑house marketing services.
Who are we looking for
- You have a Master's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications. Master in Business Administration & Marketing is preferred;
- You have at least 4 years of experience in Media Strategy, Media Planning and Digital Media — both offline and online.
- You have experience in media agencies or in‑house roles, ideally within FMCG.
- You have experience managing communication agencies and working closely with cross‑functional teams.
- You have strong understanding of media ecosystems, media buying platforms, audience frameworks and digital KPIs.
- You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decisions.
- You are fluent in Italian and English.
- Certifications in media platforms, Google Analytics, or biddable panels (META, Google, programmatic) are a plus.
