We're looking for a designer–creative hybrid to join UniCredit's Group Marketing & Communication hub in Milan.

If you love crafting and adapting visual assets, designing and building simple digital assets like newsletters and DEMs, and experimenting with GenAI tools — this role is for you.

You'll work across social media, digital channels, presentations, and internal comms — balancing design, copy, user experience, and GenAI experimentation.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Ability to build simple digital tools (newsletters, DEMs, basic digital templates)

? Curiosity and hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Firefly, Midjourney…)

Solid copywriting + fluency in English

Highly organised, detail-oriented, fast learner

Bonus: video/motion basics (Premiere/After Effects)
