About The Role
As our
AI Innovation Manager
, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with Archiproducts' vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance internal processes and deliver value to our customers. If you stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies and competitors, this is a unique opportunity to lead our AI transformation journey and foster a culture of innovation within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • AI Strategy Development: Define and implement an AI roadmap aligned with the company vision, identifying opportunities for AI applications across business functions.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive AI adoption in new business models, automation, and customer experiences to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Innovation Leadership: Inspire and empower teams to explore new AI-driven solutions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of AI models, machine learning algorithms, and data science initiatives ensuring successful delivery and impact measurement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to design, develop, and integrate AI solutions.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines and best practices.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to optimize AI models and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning (ML), deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Understanding of data science, statistics, and mathematical modeling.
  • Experience with AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with big data processing
  • Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and computer vision
  • Ability to align A2I initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in defining KPIs for AI success and ROI measurement.
  • Knowledge of AI regulations (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act).
