Em Portugal somos uma filial de vendas do Grupo Daikin Europe e, neste momento, pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa local Temos uma excelente oportunidade de desenvolvimento profissional para um(a) Service Sales Engineer (M/F)

A reportar diretamente ao Supervisor do Departamento de Service Business, o(a) selecionado(a) terá as seguintes funções:

  • Acompanhar uma carteira de clientes, compreender e investigar o potencial de mercado, tendências e necessidades dos clientes para desenvolver uma abordagem sólida de vendas e angariação de novos clientes.
  • Acompanhamento e gestão mensal/anual dos resultados de vendas e definição de ações especificas para atingir os objetivos.
  • Gerar oportunidades de negócio, criar propostas comerciais, acompanhamento das oportunidades, negociação e fecho das mesmas.

O(a) nosso candidato(a) ideal:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica ou similar e 5 anos de experiência na função (comercial de serviços pós-venda ). Candidatos mais juniores também poderão ser considerados.
  • Conhecimentos e/ou experiência com Sistemas Hidrónicos (AVAC) será uma mais valia.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal, criando relacionamentos duradouros com os clientes.
  • Atitude positiva com uma personalidade orientada para resultados e uma abordagem clara e estruturada do negócio.
  • Capacidade de pensar e definir estratégicas de negócio a curto, médio e longo prazo baseada nos serviços tradicionais, procurando acrescentar novos serviços ao portefólio.
  • Elevado grau de autonomia, responsabilidade na definição de objetivos e prazos realistas, e rigor no follow-up das atividades para a obtenção de resultados.
