RUOLO E RESPONSABILITÀ
• Responsabile delle prestazioni di vendita complessive e dello sviluppo strategico di TREX.PARTS in Italia.
• Coordinamento, supporto e formazione di un team di quattro Area Sales Manager nelle attività quotidiane e nello sviluppo commerciale regionale.
• Definizione e implementazione della strategia di vendita nazionale in stretta collaborazione con il management centrale delle vendite.
• Individuazione e sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business e key account nel mercato italiano.
• Monitoraggio di KPI e obiettivi di vendita, preparazione di forecast e promozione del miglioramento continuo delle performance del team.
• Costruzione e mantenimento di solide relazioni con clienti chiave, distributori e partner del settore.
• Collaborazione con i reparti marketing, logistica e IT per garantire processi di vendita efficienti e un'elevata soddisfazione del cliente.
REQUISITI E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE
• Formazione tecnica o commerciale completata e/o laurea triennale.
• Almeno quattro anni di esperienza lavorativa in una posizione analoga.
• Esperienza comprovata nel raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di vendita, nonché nella gestione e fidelizzazione dei clienti.
• Conoscenza del settore della movimentazione dei materiali, dei ricambi e dei relativi clienti.
• Ottima padronanza delle principali tecniche di vendita (cold calling, qualificazione e acquisizione clienti).
