The candidate will be part of the Manufacturing team with the aim of promoting the best technical and process solutions in order to achieve the efficiency and quality requirements.

In particular, the resource will concretely learn:

  • How to support the development and implementation of immediate solutions in collaboration with all plant functions;
  • How to interface with all the support functions in the plant to facilitate their activity and interaction;
  • How to develop internal and external benchmarking in order to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting the plants with regard to continuous improvement methodologies;
  • How to ensure the correct implementation of KPIs;
  • How to work on launch activities and production capability in respect of quality, costs and time objectives;
  • How to collaborate for the installation of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization.

REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering;


• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint;


• Good knowledge of the English language;


• The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.
