Siamo alla ricerca di un/una brillante Project Operations & Inside Sales da inserire all'interno di un contesto strutturato e in forte crescita.
La figura avrà un ruolo chiave tra Operations, Sales e clienti, supportando la gestione di spedizioni complesse e progetti tailor-made.
Responsabilità
- Supporto al team commerciale nella preparazione di quotazioni e offerte complesse.
- Coordinamento operativo di project cargo, OOG e spedizioni speciali
- Analisi di fattibilità tecnica ed economica dei progetti
- Interazione diretta con clienti, fornitori, vettori e stakeholder interni
- Controllo costi, marginalità e monitoraggio della redditività di progetto
- Supporto nella gestione contrattuale e dei rischi operativi
Requisiti richiesti
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro
- Pregressa esperienza nel freight forwarding / project logistics
- Solida conoscenza delle operazioni di trasporto (sea, road, rail, air)
- Ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti di reporting
- Inglese fluente
- Capacità organizzative e problem solving
