THE VISION: Safix is "Driver for your car."
We are building the global mobility infrastructure to move vehicles without owning them.
• The Service: A professional driver operates the customer's car, ensuring safety and efficiency for both owner and vehicle.
• The Scale: Launching in Milan with a roadmap for rapid European and global expansion.
• The Deal: This is a Founding Team role. Equity-based. Salary starts when revenue starts. You aren't joining a company; you are building the asset you own.

HOW TO APPLY (THE TEST)

• Safix Academy: Create the driver certification program (Safety, Asset Care, Ethics).
• Scalable Growth: Design the "Market Launch Playbook" to scale cities without bottlenecks.
WHAT YOU NEED
• 3+ years in operations, logistics, or marketplaces.
• Fluency in Italian + English (non-negotiable).
• War-time mentality: You create structure where there is none.
