Responsabilità:

  • Aggiornare e gestire database e sistemi di gestione dei progetti, garantendo la coerenza e l'accessibilità dei dati.
  • Gestire, archiviare e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica e amministrativa dei progetti.
  • Collaborare con i referenti dell'ufficio tecnico per raccogliere informazioni dettagliate sui progetti in corso e sulle attività pianificate.
  • Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle commesse, assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze e segnalando eventuali criticità.
  • Supportare il processo di pianificazione tecnica, contribuendo alla definizione dei carichi di lavoro e delle priorità.
  • Coordinare il follow-up delle attività progettuali, verificando l'esecuzione delle azioni concordate e aggiornando i report di stato.
  • Partecipare attivamente al DVM, contribuendo alla visualizzazione e al monitoraggio quotidiano degli indicatori di performance e delle attività operative.

Mansioni:

  • Supporta la pianificazione e programmazione delle attività del team tecnico, collaborando alla definizione dei piani settimanali e mensili.
  • Monitora le scadenze progettuali e redige report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento, evidenziando ritardi e rischi.
  • Archivia e gestisce documenti tecnici e amministrativi, garantendo la tracciabilità e la conformità alle procedure interne.
  • Raccoglie e analizza dati di progetto, presentandoli al manager per la valutazione dello stato avanzamento lavori (SAL).
  • Elabora report e analisi di performance su obiettivi aziendali di reparto, contribuendo alla revisione degli KPI di reparto.
  • Partecipa alle riunioni di team e DVM, fornendo aggiornamenti puntuali sulle attività in corso.
  • Gestisce il follow-up delle attività assegnate, assicurando la chiusura delle azioni e l'aggiornamento dei sistemi di tracking.

Studi- Corsi di Formazione:

  • Diploma tecnico-professionale, possibilmente indirizzo meccanico o elettrico

Competenze Tecniche:

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruolo di back office preferibilmente in contesto tecnico (min. 1 anno)
  • Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e utilizzo tabelle Pivot
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Competenze Relazionali:

  • Precisione e accuratezza nell'esecuzione delle attività.
  • Predisposizione alla condivisione di conoscenze ed esperienze e di lavoro in team.
  • Capacità di relazionarsi in maniera proattiva con altri enti.
  • Capacità di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente (multi-tasking).
  • Gestione del tempo.
  • Puntualità e rispetto delle scadenze.

Competenze Linguistiche:

  • Inglese: conoscenza buona a livello scritto e parlato
