This position is a unique opportunity to apply advanced data analytics.

What will you do?

• You will join a growing, friendly, and dynamic team focused on Data & Analytics.
• You will support our Data, Analytics & AI colleagues in helping clients extract valuable insights from data, explore the art of the possible, and leverage the power of AI—including Generative AI—to drive tangible business growth.
• You will contribute to a data visualization project aimed at uncovering insights and supporting decision-making.
• You will work with cutting-edge Business Intelligence technologies and be guided by experienced professionals who will support your development and growth.
• You will gain exposure to real business requirements and learn how to identify the most effective solutions to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance).
• 2 years of relevant experience applying data science and analytics in business environments — preferably within consultancy.
• Proven experience in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Competence in data collection, interpretation, analysis as well as presentation of insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Precision, strong numerical and logical skills
• Ability to manage urgency in an efficient way
• Ability to communicate both in

Italian and English
at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus)
- Strong team working skills are essential
- Willingness to continuously learn and research

You will have an advantage, if additionally, you have:

• Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their potential applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases for data handling and analysis.
• Awareness of MLOps practices and tools for deploying and maintaining machine learning models.
• Understanding of data governance principles and privacy-aware AI development.
• Comfort using version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
