Field Sales Team Lead
in
Tuscany
to help grow our merchant base and build a high-performing regional sales team.
This is a great opportunity for a
hands-on, ambitious salesperson
who enjoys working directly with small business owners, building relationships, and achieving tangible results.
You'll start by selling SumUp's POS and payment solutions in the field. Based on your performance, you'll quickly progress into a leadership position — recruiting, training, and guiding freelance sales representatives to scale SumUp's presence across Tuscany.
What You'll Do / Cosa Farai
- Sell SumUp's POS and card reader products directly to local merchants. Promuoverai e venderai le soluzioni SumUp POS e i lettori di carte ai commercianti della tua area.

You'll Be a Great Fit If / Profilo ideale
- Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally with small or independent businesses. Esperienza comprovata nelle vendite B2B sul campo, preferibilmente con piccole imprese o attività locali.
- Strong communication and closing skills; you love working in the field. Ottime capacità comunicative e negoziali; ti piace lavorare direttamente sul territorio.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable. Mentalità imprenditoriale, orientamento ai risultati e grande autonomia operativa.
- Knowledge of the local market or ability to learn it quickly. Buona conoscenza del mercato locale o capacità di apprenderlo rapidamente.
- Experience in merchant services, POS, telecom, energy, or similar sectors. Esperienza in settori come servizi ai commercianti, POS, telecomunicazioni, energia o affini.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role. Forte motivazione a crescere professionalmente verso un ruolo manageriale.
Nice to Have / Requisiti preferenziali
- Experience managing or mentoring freelance or commission-based sales teams. Esperienza nella gestione o nel coordinamento di team di agenti freelance o a provvigione.
- Background in fintech, POS, SaaS, or start-up environments. Esperienza in contesti fintech, POS, SaaS o start-up.
- Experience launching or scaling new markets. Esperienza nello sviluppo o lancio di nuovi mercati.
