Lead Technician - QA Floor Support
che, riportando direttamente al Manager dell'area, dovrà garantire il supporto tecnico-scientifico e di compliance nel corso delle attività di produzione su tutte le linee per le tematiche Qualità, eseguendo troubleshooting e valutazioni di impatto e assicurandosi che la documentazione dei batch record sia conforme agli standard di qualità.

Responsabilità Del Ruolo

  • Essere il primo referente delle problematiche di Qualità nei reparti di produzione, garantendo il supporto tecnico-scientifico in caso di problematiche in campo;
  • Eseguire troubleshooting e definire le modalità di intervento sulla base della valutazione di impatto delle problematiche di processo;
  • Eseguire l'attività di Batch Review, la valutazione dei cicli macchina e degli allarmi di processo;
  • Curare la preparazione e il controllo preliminare della documentazione necessaria al rilascio dei lotti prodotti nel reparto di produzione assegnato.
  • Autorizzare la ripartenza della produzione a seguito di interventi di manutenzione straordinaria.
  • Collaborare alla preparazione delle ispezioni e alla formazione del personale di produzione;

Requisiti Minimi Richiesti

  • Laurea Magistrale ad indirizzo scientifico (Chimica, CTF, Biologia, Biotecnologie)
  • Gradita breve esperienza in ambiente farmaceutico, preferibilmente maturata in produzione
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel e Power Point)

Requisiti Aggiuntivi

  • Attitudine al team-working
  • Capacità di troubleshooting e decision making

Per questa posizione è previsto un iniziale inserimento con contratto a termine (dodici mesi).

Si richiede la disponibilità a lavorare su turni (anche notturni).
