**Principali responsabilità del ruolo**:

- Fornire supporto tecnico alle attività operative del Modulo (Formulazione, Filling, Visual Inspection) sia di routine che relative ai progetti.
- Assicurare che problematiche giornaliere dell’area siano tempestivamente affrontate e se necessario scalate al Primary e Secondary loop.
- Monitorare lo stato del processo e assicura un supporto tecnico per investigazioni, non conformità o troubleshooting.

**Principali attività**:

- Gestire ODL calibrazione, consegna e ritiro strumenti in certificazione/riparazione, apertura degli eventuali ODL.
- Gestire in collaborazione con il PT ed il Technical Team i Kit di difetti dell’area Visual Inspection.
- Controllare l’andamento dei dati di processo al fine di prevenire non conformità.
- Supportare le operations, di concerto con i Process Team e/o il Secondary Loop, relativamente alle problematiche nelle varie aree del Modulo.
- Collaborare nella scrittura della documentazione relativa alle procedure ed alle convalide.
- Fornire supporto per le attività di technical study, qualifica, convalida, validazione (es: OQ, PV, Cleaning Validation, ecc) e campionamenti RTS (equipment).
- Intervenire sul campo per comprendere le cause di perdite qualità o performance del processo.
- Effettuare in autonomia e in collaborazione con i Process Team attività di troubleshooting complesse per risolvere problematiche inerenti il processo ed il prodotto.
- Supportare la formazione delle funzioni di campo.
- Supportare il Process Team nella gestione delle ricette di produzione.
- Collaborare con i membri del Process Team e Technical Team nell’esecuzione in campo di progetti e iniziative extra routine.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea Magistrale con indirizzo Tecnico/Scientifico
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (scritto e orale)
- Conoscenza basilare dei processi produttivi
- Capacità a lavorare sia in team che in modo indipendente
- Curiosità técnica
- Capacità di trouble-shooting
