**TSMS Visual Inspection Associate**will join our mission to make medicine with safety first and quality always, bringing passion, technical expertise and his/her whole self to work.

**Organization Overview**:
The TSMS Visual Inspection Associate is responsible for ensuring that complex process problems are addressed in a structured and resolved manner and, if necessary, escalated to the Secondary Loop.

He/She supports qualification activities on visual inspection lines (automatic and semi-automatic), following changes or projects and ensures that the Qualification and Validation process of the lines is carried out in compliance with GMPs.

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of a cross-functional team, he/she would assure that the visual inspection lines perform correctly guaranteeing a high level of process performances and guaranteeing the product safety and compliance.

In detail, the main responsibilities will be:

- Check the progress of process data in order to prevent non-compliance.
- Intervenes in the field to understand the causes of loss of quality or process performance.
- Supports the investigation of non-conformities attributable to process problems.
- Coordinates and / or carries out the performance of operational activities.
- Prepares, executes and reports technical studies related to changes and projects
- Investigates the manufacturing changes that impact the process in relation to PFS Filling Process
- Develop Visual Inspection recipes in collaboration with the technical team
- Provides training on technical-scientific topics
- Performs technical studies in order to investigate non-conformities and / or to identify operational improvements.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Master Degree in Technical Field (e.g. Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in development of visual inspection systems
- Professional Knowledge of English

**Additional Skills/Preferences**:

- Basic Knowledge of Statistical analysis and Statistical tool
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
