Who are we?

Renoon is a Transparency data engagement SaaS company based in Milan. We empower Fashion and Retail companies to map their supply chains, manage key product information, and comply with legislative requirements. Our platform generates digital product passports and immersive stories about products, creating consumer engagement around sustainability.

Who are you?

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Operations Intern to join our team.

The candidate will support the daily operations of the Sales team, helping to optimize internal processes, improve efficiency in sales workflows, and contribute to Renoon's growth strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Sales team in day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Create target lists of companies and contacts.
  • Monitor, update, and manage data in the CRM system.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and client materials.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct research and segmentation of potential clients and partners.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative work when required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian is a must
  • Obtained or in progress Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interest in sales, technology, and sustainability
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in using CRM software or other sales tools (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry or ESG principles is a plus
