About the job

A leading Italian investment firm is seeking to strengthen its Investor Relations function with the addition of a new professional, reporting directly to senior management and working closely with both the Investment and Marketing teams. The firm manages four funds across three distinct verticals and will launch a new
fund
next year.

This role is aimed at a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional capable of combining strong relationship management with analytical precision and commercial drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Relations & Fundraising:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with a broad base of
    private and family office investors
    , ensuring continuous engagement and retention.
  • Develop new relationships with
    institutional investors
    (pension funds, insurance companies, fund of funds, and foreign institutions).
  • Support fundraising efforts for existing and new funds, tailoring messages and materials to different investor types.
  • Business Development & Networking:
  • Contribute to the expansion of the investor base through
    structured outreach to networks of professionals
    (accountants, business associations, chambers of commerce, and confederations).
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of
    events and roadshows
    , including large gatherings with high-net-worth families and investors.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on
    content creation, investor communications, and brand positioning
    .
  • Investor Reporting & Analysis
  • Oversee periodic communications to investors, preparing reports and presentations with financial updates and fund performance metrics.
  • Ensure clear and accurate representation of fund data and performance to stakeholders.
  • Work with the investment team to interpret financial information and translate it into investor-friendly insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Background:
    5-10 years of experience in
    Investor Relations, Fundraising, Private Banking, Wealth Management
    , or
    Financial Advisory
    within an asset management, private equity, or multi-family office context.

  • Mindset:
    Highly
    entrepreneurial
    , autonomous, and "hands-on"; able to combine commercial instinct with structured execution.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse investor typologies.
  • Strong financial literacy and the ability to interpret and communicate fund metrics.
  • Comfort working on both strategic initiatives and operational execution.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and methodical in investor follow-up and engagement tracking.

  • Language:
    Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
