WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Core activities
. As a Vulnerability Management Expert at Reply CyberSecurity Team, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the digital ecosystem of leading national and international clients. Your mission will be to oversee and optimize the vulnerability management lifecycle—identifying, prioritizing, and tracking security weaknesses across diverse environments, including web and mobile applications, cloud platforms, IoT devices, and complex infrastructures. You'll ensure that vulnerabilities are not only detected but effectively remediated, balancing risk with business priorities. If you excel at orchestrating processes, driving collaboration, and making systems resilient, this is your arena.
  • Technologies
. We're looking for strategic thinkers with a strong technical foundation. While experience with vulnerability scanning tools and platforms (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) is essential, what truly matters is your ability to interpret results, assess risk, and guide remediation efforts. You'll bridge the gap between automated findings and actionable security improvements—leveraging analytics, reporting, and risk-based prioritization. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are your best tools here.
  • Team work
. Join a dynamic, collaborative team of cybersecurity professionals who value precision and impact. At Reply, you'll work closely with penetration testers, analysts, and system owners to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed promptly and effectively. We foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and accountability. You won't just manage processes—you'll help shape a security-first mindset across the organization.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

  • Academic background
. Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or Computer Science.
  • Valuable expertise
. Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and risk-based prioritization. Familiarity with leading vulnerability scanning and management platforms (e.g., Qualys, Tenable). Solid grasp of major operating systems: Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS, and mobile platforms. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST). Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols and segmentation concepts. Ability to interpret vulnerability reports and translate findings into actionable remediation plans. Native-level proficiency in Italian and proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Nice to have
. While not mandatory, certifications in vulnerability management, experience with patch management and integration with ITSM tools, familiarity with cloud security posture management (CSPM) and container security, industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) and contributions to security improvement projects or published best practices will make your profile stand out,
  • Soft skills
. You're driven by the challenge of reducing risk and improving security posture in complex environments. You communicate clearly and confidently—both in writing and in person—and can engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You value collaboration, adapt easily to changing priorities, and bring a proactive, team-first mindset to everything you do.

YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US BECAUSE…

  • We have a start-up heart
. Hundreds of small units with their own projects and teams. Guaranteed hands-on experience, flexibility, table footballs and free coffee.
  • But we dream worldwide
. We have the structure to make your ideas matter. We partner with major groups over 4 continents and 15 countries.
  • We are customers-obsessed.
Excellence is in our DNA. We strive for the best. We get our hands dirty. We get results.
  • We are learning
. We at Reply are always aiming for true innovation. Even though it still may look unreal.
