Cosa farai (e imparerai davvero)

Affiancato/a dal team, entrerai nei flussi reali di lavoro:

  • Supporterai la gestione di spedizioni 
    import/export via mare (sea freight) e via aerea (air freight)
  • Comunicherai con 
    clienti, agenti esteri e partner internazionali
  • Ti occuperai della documentazione di spedizione (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list)
  • Monitorerai le spedizioni e aggiornerai il cliente
  • Imparerai come funziona il 
    customer service logistico
     in un contesto internazionale
