Discover the Role

The HR&Payroll Consultant will be working within the Payroll Team and will assist with the processing of payroll-related work for client companies.

The HR&Payroll Consultant will be expected to make a significant individual contribution, be self-motivated and liaise with the team and manager concerning their allocated clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liasing with Employment Office;
  • Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
  • Performs record keeping, reports and payroll processing activities for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely manner;
  • Data input of time cards in the system (Zucchetti);
  • Sending mandatory communications to Health insurance funds;
  • Regular communication with Pension Authorities regarding changes of beneficiary.

Key Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of English (B1/B2)
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Degree in Law and/or Economics
  • Up to 2 years' experience in similar Organizations
  • Understanding of Pension Systems
  • Responsible and organized
  • Good communication skills
