Per un nostro cliente, società leader nell'ambito Food con sede in provincia di Mantova, siamo alla ricerca di una figura con esperienza su ERP con passione per l'informatica e forte curiosità anche al di fuori dell'ambito professionale.
La società vanta un fatturato superiore ai 160 MLN di € e un organico superiore a 400 persone.
Le mansioni
La figura dovrà occuparsi di:
- analizzare i processi aziendali, con focus su
produzione, pianificazione e logistica; - supporto alla
digitalizzazione dei processi
all'interno delle applicazioni aziendali (ERP M3, MES); - redigere documentazione di analisi e manuali utente;
- fornire assistenza e supporto agli utenti nell'utilizzo delle applicazioni;
- Assicurare comunicazione e scambio di informazioni con vendor basato in USA.
I Requisiti
- diploma o Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o percorsi affini;
- conoscenza dei processi gestionali e produttivi, con esperienza nella configurazione di
ERP (in particolare M3)
e sistemi
MES; - capacità di analisi e mappatura dei processi, individuando aree di miglioramento e proponendo soluzioni efficaci;
- attitudine alla collaborazione con i referenti aziendali per la raccolta e traduzione dei requisiti funzionali;
- ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e di team working.
Offriamo
L'inquadramento effettivo sarà da definire in fase di offerta, sebbene prevediamo un massimale fino a 50.000€ € per profili realmente strutturati. Prevediamo inoltre 1 giorno di smart working a settimana dopo iniziale periodo di on boarding.
