Job Overview:

In qualità di Chief of Staff supporterai direttamente il CEO nella gestione delle attività e dei progetti strategici dell'azienda. Sarai responsabile della preparazione di presentazioni e report, coordinando progetti trasversali. Sarai inoltre chiamato/a a collaborare direttamente con il CEO per eventi, meeting e trasferte, garantendo un supporto operativo completo in ogni contesto. L'obiettivo principale è quello di contribuire al successo dei progetti e alla crescita della società nel mercato della cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

· Fornire supporto operativo ed esecutivo al CEO, garantendo una gestione efficiente dei progetti aziendali

· Coordinare le comunicazioni interne ed esterne, rappresentando il CEO quando necessario e mantenendo un flusso informativo efficace con partner, investitori e stakeholder.

· Curare la preparazione di presentazioni e di materiali di supporto per riunioni interne ed esterne, organizzando le attività di follow-up.

· Preparare briefing, report, presentazioni e documentazione strategica a supporto di decisioni aziendali e incontri di alto livello.

· Monitorare scadenze e priorità, assicurando l'allineamento tra le attività del CEO e gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda.

· Gestire e coordinare progetti speciali o iniziative trasversali che coinvolgono diversi dipartimenti, favorendo la collaborazione.

Requirements:

· Almeno 3 anni di esperienza da Project Manager, preferibilmente in società di consulenza.

· Eccellenti capacità organizzative, di gestione del tempo e problem solving.

· Ottime doti comunicative scritte e orali; capacità di sintesi e presentazione professionale; capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholders di varia natura.

· Discrezione, affidabilità e capacità di gestire informazioni riservate.

· Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto pressione, gestendo priorità multiple.

· Richiesta la conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese. La padronanza di un'altra lingua sarà considerata un plus.
