Astudy International Education, organizzazione leader specializzata nei programmi di studio all'estero (High School Exchange program) per studenti della scuola superiore, cerca un coordinatore spirito di iniziativa e grande motivazione per supportare il Team Operations.

Entrerai a far parte di un team internazionale e dinamico, contribuendo attivamente alla gestione dei programmi di scambio culturale per studenti delle scuole superiori. Ogni giorno sarà una nuova occasione per imparare e conoscere il nostro settore

Dettagli stage

  • Durata: 6 o 12 mesi
  • Inizio: Novembre 2025
  • Orario: Full-time, lunedì-venerdì | 9:00 – 18:00
  • Sede: Milano, via Festa del Perdono 10 (zona Duomo)
  • Remunerazione stage e benefit (ticket restaurant)

Cosa farai

  • Supporterai il team nella gestione di candidati al programma Exchange
  • Collaborerai con partner internazionali per il coordinamento operativo
  • Imparerai a interfacciarti con studenti e famiglie
  • Riceverai formazione costante e affiancamento quotidiano per sviluppare competenze reali sul campo

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale conseguita da poco o in fase di conclusione
  • Preferibile esperienza personale di scambio scolastico all'estero
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Ottime doti comunicative, organizzative e di problem solving
  • Proattività, precisione e spirito di collaborazione
  • Residenza a Milano o Hinterland
