About the Role:

We are happy to share that we are currently looking for a talented candidate to join our Kinder Joy of Moving global team in Alba for a maternity leave substitution The function is in charge of the global development and implementation of the Brand Social Responsibility project Kinder Joy of moving.

The main objective of the role is related to the project communication strategy and implementation on global channels with the aim to raise awareness with a positive effect on Brand Trust, Corporate Reputation and social impact. 

Main Responsibilities:

You will develop and manage institutional communication, global guidelines and toolkits for the integrated communication system. You will develop institutional materials to spread a unique storytelling troughout the world and scientific content on the KJOM method. You will maintain the online repository for assets used in over 30 countries and you will create new merchandising items and supporting certifications.

You will drive global social media strategy, content creation, and editorial planning, as well as oversee websites, digital campaigns, and performance reporting. You will contribute to the creation of compelling content for Kinder and Ferrero digital platforms integration. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with external agencies and key internal stakeholders such as the Corporate Communication, Kinder BSR, Digital team, Media, IT...

Finally, you will also support internal communication initiatives and explore innovative formats such as phygital experiences and JOM integration in Applaydu.

About You:

You will bring your Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent. You are fluent in English, which is essential for this position. You are able to build strong relationships internally and externally, work cross-functionally, and manage projects effectively while maintaining a dynamic, flexible, and proactive approach. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will be key to your success in this role.
