StilNovo | Music & Events is seeking a 
Luxury Events Sales Executive
 for a flexible, results-driven collaboration, with the opportunity to work remotely across the Italian territory.

The selected professional will play a key role in developing new business opportunities within the 
luxury corporate, private and wedding events sectors
, proposing fully bespoke, high-end event and entertainment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote StilNovo's services to high-net-worth private clients and premium corporate clients
  • Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the luxury events market
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with the creative team to design tailor-made proposals
  • Manage the client relationship throughout all phases, from initial proposal to event delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling luxury corporate and private event services
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Native or fluent Italian and English
  • High level of autonomy with a strong results-oriented mindset
  • Elegant, discreet and professional approach, fully aligned with a luxury brand positioning
