We are looking for a SALES ANALYST & PLANNER to be included within the DACH team, based in Padova HQ. He/she will work together with the Sales Analysis & Planning Team ITA + DACH, and will ensure, among others, accurate planning, monitoring, and analysis of commercial performance. S/he will report to the Sales Analysis & Planning Mgr. IT + DACH.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor canvass KPI progress for AMs, KAMs, Agents, and Coordinators, including weekly updates;
  • Analyze KPI trends ( such as conversion, coverage, sell-in/out, distribution quality) and support corrective actions;
  • Manage Doors Distribution by Brand (12-month rolling + YTD vs LYTD) and measure brand penetration;
  • Perform distribution analysis per Agent with thresholds vs LYTD for Brand and Channel across different periods, including new year simulations;
  • Maintain and update master files for Customer, Top Accounts, and Sales Force (Agents/AM/KAM) with details on aggregation, channel, zones, and divisions;
  • Supports defining annual budgets and creating the Sales Planning Master based on BDG;
  • Perform monthly updates of Sales Planning by Channel and aggregate data for EPM uploads;
  • Consolidate Agent Targets (Canvass): close KPIs and define payout calculations;
  • Track agent bonuses for accrual payout, also defining initial setup and monthly updating the Finance Team;
  • Manage return budgets in Compass: allocation, modifications, and adjustments, including special cases;
  • Collaborate with BI for report digitalization and Tableau dashboard development ( such as logic definition, data structure, validation);
  • Prepare, share, and consolidate files for customer clustering and deliver annual presentations to the sales force.
  • Conduct performance vs commission analysis, cost analysis, and manage commission integrations.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience within the role/ in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree required; Data analytics courses are preferable
  • Analytical thinking, solution orientation and implementation strength
  • Good knowledge of data science analysis applications (eg. R, Phyton, etc)
  • A good knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Power BI, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
  • Good knowledge and experience about data modelling and data visualization
  • Any additional programming skill is considered a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Project management and agile framework
  • Effective communications skills
  • Proactive attitude, pragmatic approach
