Per prestigioso hotel 5 stelle nel centro storico di Roma, si ricerca un Room Service Supervisor Temporary.Il ruolo sarà parte del team F&B, orgoglioso di coinvolgere i nostri ospiti e di creare momenti Unici.SINTESI DELLA POSIZIONELa risorsa si occuperà di:Coordinare il servizio in camera, assicurando il rispetto degli standard di servizio;-Gestire il team del room service;Prendere ordini telefonici e gestire richieste speciali;-Comunicare con chef e steward;-Segnalare eventuali ritardi nel servizio ad ospiti e manager;-Mantenere pulite le aree di lavoro;Assicurarsi che il personale lavori in squadra per garantire un servizio ottimale.Si richiede:esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in hotel 5*;ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese;conoscenza del mondo F&B;Salute e sicurezza:- seguire tutte le procedure aziendali e di sicurezza; segnalare al responsabile incidenti, infortuni e condizioni di lavoro non sicure; completare la formazione e le certificazioni in materia di sicurezza.
