In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our mission of leveraging cloud-based tools and technologies for data processing, storage, and management, while also developing customized AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize dbt models
  and data pipelines to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable transformations.
• Take
  end-to-end ownership
  of data engineering tasks: from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and production.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize cloud-based data solutions for data processing, storage, and management (AWS preferred).
• Ensure data platforms are well-structured, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to
  translate requirements into robust data models and pipelines
  .
• Proactively explore emerging tools and technologies to strengthen our data capabilities.
• Contribute to the growth of our innovation team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and mentoring colleagues where needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with dbt (core or cloud)
  in production environments.
• Strong competence in
  data modelling
  (dimensional, star schema, normalization/denormalization strategies, slowly changing dimensions).
• Demonstrated ability to work
  autonomously
  : making decisions, managing priorities, and delivering value without constant oversight.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation frameworks
• Solid knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platform practices.
• Familiarity with AWS data stack (Redshift, S3, DMS, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Backend development experience in Python (nice-to-have).
• Experience working on AI-solutions, time series data (nice-to-have).
