SALES EXECUTIVE

Montesilvano (PE) – 100% Onsite position (no remote work)

PC Dynamics is a fast-growing company in the professional IT hardware sector – high-end workstations, servers and components.

We're looking for sharp, driven people ready to grow with us.

We don't look at diplomas, degrees, or pages of certifications.

What we do care about: fluent written and spoken English, and native-level Italian. Sales driven person. Passionate and knowledgeable about technology.

Please note: This is a 100% onsite role based in Montesilvano (PE). Remote work is not offered.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building. Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Understand each client's business needs and confidently propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Prepare customized commercial and technical offers, with the support of our internal team. Handle the full sales cycle: from first contact, to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up. Be the bridge between technical know-how and business strategy – connecting client requirements with the right hardware solutions.

  • Identify and target sales lead Build and maintain relationships with clients Set and exceed sales quotas Prospect clients and understand their needs Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes

You're a great fit if…

  • You have experience (or strong potential) in B2B sales, especially in the IT or tech industry. You can write clear, professional, persuasive emails – in both English and Italian. You understand when to talk and when to listen. You can explain the value of a Dell workstation better than others sell consumer laptops. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process Experience in managing a book of business
