The Candidate:

Drive innovation and elevate the customer experience in the travel industry through strategic product management and development. This role encompasses quality control, product evolution, accounts payable, and supplier management through analytics. Through strategic planning, charismatic leadership, and strong people management, you will shape the future of our travel experiences across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a highly technical candidate to manage the following responsibilities for our Rome, Florence, Venice, and Milan operations.

  • COGS Management:
    Analyze, manage, and control costs of good sold.

  • Strategic Initiatives:
    Lead and execute cross-departmental projects with autonomy and minimal guidance, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance.

  • Team Leadership:
    Manage and provide leadership to local teams of Tour Delivery Coordinators and guides to ensure seamless tour operations across all cities.

  • Performance Enhancement:
    Take ownership of departmental performance, identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

  • Analytical Insights:
    Conduct thorough analyses, develop comprehensive reports, and create detailed dashboards to offer valuable insights into operational performance, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce B2C
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in operations
  • Degree in Economics, Business, Management, or a related field

Skills:

  • Mastery of Excel (including PivotTables, LOOKUP functions, Text Functions, Power BI Integrations)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Data Analysis: Dashboard creation, KPI creation & management
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software: Jira, Smartsheet
