Un hotel nel cuore del centro storico della capitale, di fronte all'Altare della Patria, 84 camere ricavate dallo storico Palazzo Lares Permarini che ospita al piano inferiore dei resti delle antiche mura di epoca imperiale. La guest experience si completa con il ristorante Modius per gustare piatti della tradizione romana, un cocktail bar da cui ammirare la vista dei tetti di Roma, una sauna e un centro fitness.

Siamo alla ricerca di un talentuoso Front Desk Agent, appassionato e sorridente proprio come noi, per garantire un'esperienza personalizzata e di qualità agli Ospiti, andando ben oltre le aspettative. 

Maggiori responsabilità

- Contribuire al buon funzionamento del reparto di Front Office,

- Lavorare in team per massimizzare la soddisfazione dell'Ospite rispondendo in maniera pronta e tempestiva alle richieste, anticipandone i bisogni

- Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi quantitativi e qualitativi di reparto

- Costruire solidi rapporti di lavoro

- Essere promotore della cultura e dei valori aziendali di RHG

- Conoscere e rispettare le norme di sicurezza della struttura

Il profilo ideale

- Passione per il mondo hospitality

- Esperienza al Front Office preferibile, ma non essenziale

- Spiccata customer attitude e senso dell'ospitalità

- Approccio pratico, dinamico e buona capacità di trovare soluzioni creative

- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione

- Integrità e serietà professionale

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ulteriori conoscenze linguistiche saranno considerate un plus
