This is a full-time remote position. Open to EU candidates.

The Candidate:  

The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary post-production specialist with a strong background in editing long-form and short-form video content, including multi-cam and podcast formats. They bring a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and branding—capable of turning raw footage into polished, platform-optimized content across YouTube, podcasts, and social channels.

They are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition, with experience in color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and thumbnail design. This candidate is comfortable behind the camera as well, capturing both vertical and traditional formats on-site with DSLR/mirrorless and mobile devices and guiding talent under the direction of the Post-production manager.

With strong creative instincts and a collaborative mindset, they take feedback constructively and know how to navigate ambiguity while upholding brand consistency. They thrive in fast-paced environments, are organized in their workflows, and know how to juggle multiple projects from concept to final export with minimal oversight.

Desired Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field (preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience producing and editing various types of multimedia content
• 2–3 years of experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless/cinema cameras and smartphones
• Experience editing audio/video podcasts and selecting short-form promotional clips
• Experience repurposing long-form content into compelling social media assets
• Experience designing visuals for email, web, and social platforms
• Experience writing or refining scripts for video and podcast formats
• Intermediate-level motion graphics experience in After Effects
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve creative challenges independently while adhering to brand guidelines

Key Skills & Technical Proficiencies 

Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:

• Premiere Pro (video editing)
• After Effects (motion graphics and animation)
• Photoshop & Illustrator (graphic design and thumbnail creation)
• Audition (audio editing and mastering)

Proficient in managing post-production workflows:

• File management and version control
• Exceptional organizational skills/data management
• Implementing creative feedback effectively
• Meeting deadlines within project management systems

Skilled in:

• Long-form and short-form storytelling
• Intermediate-level motion graphics
• Color correction and footage matching
• Audio leveling, noise reduction, and mastering
• Thumbnail and promotional asset design
