che sviluppa soluzioni SaaS per supportare le reti commerciali nella generazione e gestione dei lead. Siamo in crescita e cerchiamo una persona motivata a entrare in un team giovane e dinamico, con responsabilità dirette sui nostri clienti e progetti.

Cosa farai

  • Essere punto di riferimento per i clienti nel post-vendita, gestendo onboarding, follow-up e adozione della piattaforma
  • Coordinare e monitorare l'attività di lead generation omnicanale
  • Analizzare dati di performance e proporre azioni correttive
  • Preparare report periodici di performance da condividere internamente e con i clienti.

Cosa cerchiamo

  • 1-3 anni di esperienza in Customer Success, Account Management o Business Analysis
  • Familiarità con strumenti CRM e logiche di sales B2B
  • Buone capacità comunicative, organizzative e analitiche
  • Attitudine al problem solving e spirito proattivo
  • Conoscenze di base di analisi dati (Excel, Power BI).

Plus graditi

  • Conoscenza (anche di base) di tool come Clay, Smartlead o affini
  • Esperienza con marketing automation (Hubspot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign o simili)
  • Background in marketing o sales operations
