Cosa farai
- Essere punto di riferimento per i clienti nel post-vendita, gestendo onboarding, follow-up e adozione della piattaforma
- Coordinare e monitorare l'attività di lead generation omnicanale
- Analizzare dati di performance e proporre azioni correttive
- Preparare report periodici di performance da condividere internamente e con i clienti.
Cosa cerchiamo
- 1-3 anni di esperienza in Customer Success, Account Management o Business Analysis
- Familiarità con strumenti CRM e logiche di sales B2B
- Buone capacità comunicative, organizzative e analitiche
- Attitudine al problem solving e spirito proattivo
- Conoscenze di base di analisi dati (Excel, Power BI).
Plus graditi
- Conoscenza (anche di base) di tool come Clay, Smartlead o affini
- Esperienza con marketing automation (Hubspot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign o simili)
- Background in marketing o sales operations
