AgriTrade in Italia con Ener-Agri France per il mercato d'oltralpe, rappresentano aziende di riferimento nel mondo del biogas e del biometano, settore in pieno sviluppo.

SIAMO ALLA RICERCA DI UN MANAGER PER SVILUPPARE IL MERCATO TEDESCO e AUSTRIACO DI AGRIBIO GERMANY GMBH (NUOVA SOCIETA' APPARTENENTE AD AGRIBIO SRL ITALIA)

Riportando direttamente alla sede centrale italiana, il candidato sarà responsabile di:

  • Effettuare una continua analisi del mercato tedesco e austriaco e identificare le opportunità di business per :

  • l'acquisto di materie prime BIO (come semi di Soia, Girasole e Colza BIO);

  • la vendita di Panelli di Soia, Girasole e Colza BIO presso allevamenti e mangimifici
  • la vendita di Olio di Soia, Girasole e Colza BIO presso le industrie alimentari e mangimistiche

  • la vendita di Burro di Karitè ed Olio di avocado presso le industrie alimentari e cosmetiche.

  • Costruire e mantenere le relazioni con i clienti e fornitori sul mercato tedesco e austriaco.

  • Preparare e comunicare con costanza alla casa madre le previsioni commerciali relative a richieste, disponibilità merce, prezzi e quantità, in acquisto e in vendita.

  • Preparare e gestire proposte commerciali.

  • Collaborare in via continuativa con i vari reparti di Agribio.

  • Strutturare, in seguito, una rete vendita ed acquisti sul territorio tedesco/austriaco.

Cerchiamo una persona con le seguenti conoscenze, competenze e qualifiche:

  • Laurea in economia agraria o formazione analoga.

  • È auspicabile una precedente esperienza professionale nel settore bio/convenzionale/agricolo.

  • Conoscenza fluente del tedesco e dell'italiano.

  • Conoscenza base del pacchetto Office.

  • Disponibilità a viaggiare molto, sia per visite a clienti/fornitori, che fiere, sia per visite regolari alla sede centrale in Italia.

  • Persona auto-motivata con spirito imprenditoriale per far crescere l'azienda.

  • Capacità di comunicazione convincente.

  • Dinamismo e proattività.

  • Essere un giocatore di squadra con una leadership rilevante e comprovata.

  • Un pensatore metodico con forti capacità organizzative e attento ai dettagli.

Fascia d'età : superiore ai 30 anni

Zona di ricerca : Trentino Alto Adige

Luogo di lavoro : visite regolari ai clienti/fornitori, fiere e sede italiana, home office.

Possibilità di appoggio presso l'ufficio di Rosenheim.

Strumenti di lavoro : pc, telefono e sim aziendale, auto aziendale.

Per aiutare il candidato ad integrarsi nell'azienda, parteciperà a riunioni settimanali con tutto il team Agribio e sarà in stretto contatto con il Responsabile Acquisti e con il Responsabile Commerciale Estero.

La figura verrà inserita in un contesto aziendale in forte crescita e sviluppo, giovane ma competente, che cerca costantemente di attirare i migliori talenti al fine di poter offrire al cliente un valore aggiunto: conoscenza, consulenza e competenza nel settore.
