Only The Food, Azienda Leader nella gestione e nello sviluppo di reti commerciali per marchi di rilievo Nazionale e Internazionale, in un'ottica di potenziamento della propria struttura, ricerca un DISTRICT MANAGER per nuovo progetto di sviluppo a marchio SMASHIE.

La risorsa, in collaborazione con il Direttore Operativo e con la Squadra Manager,

si occuperà di:

  • coordinamento e supervisione dei Punti Vendita assegnati;
  • selezione, formazione, analisi delle performances e sviluppo del personale;
  • supporto agli Store Manager nella gestione del cliente interno ed esterno e delle possibili problematiche;
  • analisi e gestione del P&L, monitoraggio dell'andamento delle vendite e dei margini;
  • trasferimento alla Rete delle policy e della cultura aziendale;
  • supporto operativo.

Il candidato ideale possiede:

  • esperienza pregressa nella mansione e nella vendita;
  • ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e di gestione del Team;
  • buone tecniche negoziali;
  • proattività;
  • problem solving;
  • patente B;
  • disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti sul territorio nazionale;
  • forte orientamento ai risultati.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato con finalità assuntiva a tempo indeterminato.

Retribuzione: da definire in base all'esperienza

Ore previste: FULL TIME

Disponibilità: Turni, week end e festivi
