The Palace Company, gruppo leader nell'ospitalità di lusso, è alla ricerca di un/una Accounting Supervisor da inserire nel team Finance presso l'ufficio di Milano.
Responsabilità principali:
Supervisione delle attività contabili operative, inclusa la registrazione delle fatture fornitori, liquidazione Iva, liquidazione ritenute e ciclo attivo;
Supporto alle attività di chiusura contabile periodica e alle riconciliazioni di bilancio;
Supporto alle strutture alberghiere per tematiche contabili e amministrative;
Collaborazione a progetti di implementazione SAP e miglioramento dei processi e delle interfacce software, su necessità;
Contributo allo sviluppo e all'aggiornamento delle procedure contabili aziendali.
Requisiti
Laurea in Economia, Contabilità o discipline affini;
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito contabile, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o internazionali;
Solida conoscenza delle principali scadenze fiscali e dei processi di contabilità dedicati ai professionisti;
Ottima padronanza di Excel;
Fluente nella lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua spagnola costituisce un plus;
La conoscenza del sistema SAP è considerata un plus;
Precisione, capacità organizzative e attitudine al lavoro in team.
