BUMAX is:
A premium brand of high-performance stainless-steel fasteners. Manufactured in Sweden, BUMAX is trusted by many industries throughout the world, for some of the most critical and demanding applications. BUMAX fasteners are used in industries such as oil & gas, nuclear, defence, space, high-tech manufacturing, industrial equipment, construction, etc. for bolting applications requiring high levels of performance, reliability and safety. BUMAX AB is part of the BUFAB Group, a listed company on the Swedish stock exchange.
YOUR ROLE
Responsibility for the Italian market. This is a relatively new region, with superb growth potential.
Your primary focus will be on engineers and designers, to develop a local network of prospects.
Develop engineering specifications for BUMAX products and solutions in customer applications.
Record and maintain specification and sales information on our CRM system.
Facilitate sales for BUMAX products from start to finish, via direct sales and/or distribution partners.
Grow your turnover through a pipeline of new projects and customers.
Support and take part in marketing activities from social media, presentations and trade shows.
Regular travel throughout Italy is expected (approx. 50% of your time).
Occasional travel within Europe, for company meetings and trade shows (approx. 2-3 times per year).
ABOUT YOU
· Technical background- either as an engineer with customer facing experience or from technical sales.
· Prior experience in mechanical, materials, civil, structural, industrial, manufacturing engineering
· This position can be your first sales role, providing you have a genuine interest in technical sales.
· You are curious and have an interest in industrial market sectors.
· You enjoy challenges and comfortable with KPIs.
· You are autonomous, agile and consistent, motivated by building longterm customer relationships.
· You continuously look for ways to improve business performance.
· You are based in Italy.
· You are fluent in both spoken and written English, allowing you to communicate comfortably.
· You are comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, CRM, ERP) and social media.

Annual Bonus
You benefit from an international integration path at our headquarters in Sweden and technical training at our head office and factory BUMAX AB. Frequent travel to our office in Lyon (France), to customers (50% of time) and remaining time based from your home office. You are preferably based in Milan area.
Salary according to experience, variable remuneration, company car, equipped home office.
Equal skills, priority is given to disabled workers and other beneficiaries of the employment obligation.
