Il ruolo

Cerchiamo un/a
Project & Business Manager
che sia responsabile end-to-end dei progetti assegnati e che contribuisca attivamente allo sviluppo di nuovi clienti.

Sarai il
referente unico del cliente
, con responsabilità diretta su tempi, costi, qualità e coordinamento di tutti gli attori coinvolti.

Responsabilità principali

Gestione completa dei progetti retail:

  • sopralluoghi e due diligence tecnico–amministrativa
  • studi di fattibilità e progettazione preliminare
  • progettazione definitiva ed esecutiva
  • direzione lavori e controllo avanzamento
  • coordinamento general contractor e professionisti esterni
  • controllo budget, computi e reportistica al cliente
  • pratiche edilizie, SUAP, CPI, catastali e fine lavori

Gestione diretta del rapporto con il cliente (retail chain, property, imprenditori)

  • Capacità di prendere decisioni rapide e risolvere problemi operativi sul campo
  • Gestione simultanea di più progetti, con ritmi elevati e scadenze strette
  • Sviluppo commerciale:

Gestione e ampliamento del proprio portafoglio clienti

  • attivazione del proprio network professionale
  • collaborazione con il team build2go per opportunità cross-business

Chi cerchiamo (requisiti reali)

Esperienza concreta (non teorica) in:

  • ristrutturazioni e nuove aperture retail
  • gestione cantieri e clienti business
  • Background tecnico: architettura, ingegneria o ruolo equivalente
  • Abitudine a lavorare
    in autonomia
    , senza micro–management
  • Velocità decisionale, pragmatismo, orientamento al risultato
  • Forte capacità di problem solving
  • Ottimo network di imprese, fornitori, professionisti, property o clienti retail
  • Attitudine imprenditoriale: ti senti responsabile del risultato, non solo del progetto
