We're seeking a
Field Application Engineer (FAE)
to join a global leader in advanced power solutions, and help drive innovation across
automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial, and high‑performance computing
markets.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business development teams to
    win new designs
    and accelerate adoption.
  • Provide
    hands‑on technical support
    : product selection, system design, troubleshooting.
  • Deliver
    seminars, training, and lab evaluations
    to customers and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering teams across industries.
  • Travel 30–50% to engage customers face‑to‑face.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years in analog/power supply design or applications engineering.
  • Automotive market experience is a big plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
  • Full clean driving license.
