Global Support Service Lead – TPMO (m/f/d)

Location: Flexible within evoila regions
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our Technical Project Management Office (TPMO) ensures that complex technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. As part of our global support services, you will lead initiatives that shape the future evoila international success.

Your Role

As Global Support Service Lead – TPMO (m/f/d), you will:

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle process: from planning to successful delivery – in time, in budget, in quality.
  • Drive technical governance: manage requirements & risks, stakeholders, change processes, and reporting.
  • Enable global collaboration: coordinate across countries to optimize resources.
  • Support presales activities: assist in creating project plans and cost calculations.
  • Champion best practices: standardize processes and ensure compliance with evoila's operating model.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical project management within whole IT domains.
  • Strong understanding of technologies from our main partners VMware/Broadcom and / or Microsoft Azure / M365.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global mindset.
  • An experienced Project Manager (a practitioner, not a theorist) who would like to build a community of project managers in evoila environment.
  • Fluent English (German is a plus).
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to work in multinational teams.
  • High level of self-motivation and ambition to be successful in a competitive industry.
  • Critical thinking and a proactive mindset focused on identifying and driving improvements in processes, communication, tools, and ways of working.
  • A natural leader who acts as a mentor for the team, supporting their growth, sharing knowledge, and setting high standards of collaboration and delivery.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DevOps, Data & AI, Software Development solutions.
  • Experience in managed services and service delivery management.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Workday and enterprise PM tools.
