As a Junior Consultant, you will play a comprehensive role at the intersection of consulting, business design and digitalization:
- Support project governance and PMO activities, contributing to the planning, monitoring and coordination of project streams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation and analysis to support decision-making and client engagement.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to design innovative solutions that enhance clients' business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services.
- Contribute to Wealth Management processes, supporting their effectiveness and alignment with business and digital initiatives.
- Be part of the evolution of digital solutions, helping translate business needs into innovative improvements for Wealth Management services.
- This position offers the opportunity to grow in complex projects, combining strategy, business process innovation and digital transformation, in an environment that continuously invests in people.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
- Strong interest in the Wealth Management and financial services sector, with passion for technology and its applications in finance.
- Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
