Guest Experience Agent
da inserire nelle nostre strutture site a
Santa Teresa di Gallura.

La risorsa ideale accoglie e assiste gli ospiti durante tutto il loro soggiorno, garantendo un servizio personalizzato e un'esperienza di alto livello. È il punto di riferimento per richieste speciali, informazioni, reclami o esigenze particolari, contribuendo alla fidelizzazione del cliente e alla reputazione dell'hotel.

Responsabilità:

  • Accoglienza clienti arrivo/partenze
  • Vendita escursioni
  • Vendita transfer
  • Giro aree comuni per sponsorizzazione dei servizi dell'hotel
  • Gestione corrispondenza mail
  • Creazione ed invio pannellino comunicazioni, briefing informativi.
  • Garantire un servizio personalizzato anticipando e soddisfacendo le esigenze dei clienti.
  • Fornire informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel, eventi, attrazioni e attività locali.
  • Gestire richieste speciali, prenotazioni interne ed esterne.
  • Gestire reclami e problematiche in modo professionale, proponendo soluzioni rapide ed efficaci.
  • Collaborare con tutti i reparti per assicurare un servizio integrato e fluido.

Requisiti:

  • Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e francese
  • Esperienza pregressa in front office, guest relations o customer service, preferibilmente in hotel 4-5 stelle
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Padronanza degli strumenti informatici e dei software gestionali alberghieri.
  • Problem solving, empatia e orientamento al cliente.
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e giorni festivi.
