Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Events Intern to join our global Retail Events team. In this role, you will support the team by coordinating regional event calendars, managing event data and reporting, and preparing clear, visually engaging presentations. You will contribute to the creation of e-vites, moodboards, and other internal materials, ensuring all documents remain accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will assist with supplier registration processes within internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Support in coordinating the event calendars of all worldwide regions, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
- Assist in collecting and organizing event data and results, maintaining accurate and structured Excel files.
- Prepare clear and insightful reports and presentations on event performance using PowerPoint.
- Assist in the coordination for the creation of digital event invitations (e-vites).
- Support the development of creative moodboards and internal decks to convey event concepts and guidelines.
- Continuously update internal presentations and materials for team and management use.
- Support supplier registration processes in internal system
Knowledge And Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of consistency and accuracy.
Previous in-store retail experience, demonstrating customer understanding and business awareness, is a plus.
A proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
