Your Mission:

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist at Engine, you'll play a key role in scaling our business by leading strategic initiatives, driving growth, and optimizing revenue processes. Here's what you'll take charge of:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and track key metrics to assess performance, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Optimizing Business Processes: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements across the Revenue department.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Data Science, and Systems teams to refine prospecting strategies and enhance top-of-funnel efficiency.
  • Operational Support: Provide strategic and tactical support to go-to-market functions, ensuring streamlined workflows and impactful outcomes.

What You'll Bring to Engine:

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 2+ years in Strategy, Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven data-driven problem-solving skills, with expertise in breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives to completion using project management and decision-making frameworks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker, Salesforce, Outreach, SPIFF, or similar tools.

This is a contractor position for candidates based within Latin America only.
