Salesforce Engineering Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager in Latin America.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing Salesforce engineering team to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical solutions for complex business workflows. You will oversee the technical architecture, ensure quality and scalability, and drive adoption of best practices across development, testing, and deployment. As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other engineering teams to align technical strategy with fast-paced business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to shape the evolution of a Salesforce-powered platform, improve operational efficiency, and mentor a talented group of engineers in a dynamic, remote-first environment. Your success will be measured by team performance, solution reliability, and the impact of delivered features.
Accountabilities:- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, QA engineers, and administrators, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and review practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Partner with product and technology leadership to prioritize work aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and scalability of critical workflows.
- Promote adoption of best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and secure development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, data, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience, including 2+ years leading or managing an engineering team.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture for lending or financial workflows.
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and high-volume, asynchronous transaction processing.
- Competitive pay ($50–52 USD per hour).
