In addition, the hotel has two versatile function rooms.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Mandarin Garden Department in Milan, the Commis de Rang is responsible to delight and satisfy our guests. We are dedicated to making a difference every day and continually improve to ensure we are the best. The Commis de Rang reports to the Director of Mandarin Garden.

As Commis de Rang, you will responsible for the following duties:

Is responsible for transporting dishes from the kitchen to the tables ensuring speed and accuracy of service.
Must also ensure constant communication with the kitchen and colleagues in the dining room to ensure smooth and seamless service.
He or she must also ensure that everything is in order before service begins, from the cutlery on the table to the cleanliness of the Mandarin Garden areas.
An outgoing and passionate resource is required, enthusiastic about interfacing with the guest and willing to offer impeccable and sincere service with a smile and the right spirit of hospitality.
